Services provided are for relaxation and general wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional mental health care. The practitioner is a final-year massage therapy student and is not a licensed RMT; therefore, insurance receipts are not available. By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept all responsibility for their personal health choices and waive any legal liability. Terms & Conditions - the basics

By booking or receiving services through this website or in person, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Non-RMT Status
The practitioner is currently a final-year massage therapy student and is not a registered massage therapist (RMT). Therefore, services provided are not eligible for insurance reimbursement under Canadian health benefit plans. Clients accept full responsibility for this understanding prior to booking.

2. Scope of Services
All services — including massage, EnergyTouch sessions, reflexology, and any complementary offerings — are intended for relaxation, general well-being, and non-medical support. These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and the practitioner does not offer medical advice.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Clients voluntarily participate in all sessions and agree to waive any and all claims against the practitioner, business, or any affiliates arising from the use of services offered. This includes claims for physical, emotional, or financial harm, whether in Canada or internationally.

You understand and accept that:

Any discomfort, emotional release, or unexpected physical response is part of a natural healing process and not guaranteed or promised as a cure.

You are responsible for informing the practitioner of any relevant health conditions prior to the session.

4. No Guarantees
While care, professionalism, and sensitivity are exercised at all times, the practitioner does not guarantee any specific outcomes from the services offered.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, product descriptions, and written materials on this site are the intellectual property of the practitioner and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written consent.

6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed under the laws of the province of Manitoba, Canada. International users agree that use of services is subject to these terms regardless of location.
